When using international medical insurance, insurance claims may require forms to be completed and signed by the medical institution.
The format differs depending on the insurance company, but we prepare and complete documents that generally include the following information.
For the preparation of international medical insurance claim documents (such as Claim Forms),
a $5 document preparation fee will be charged.
As it takes time to review and complete the documents,
please send the insurance company’s required forms before your visit via Telegram or email.
Please note that immediate issuance on the same day may not be possible
as document verification is required.

Overseas Medical Insurance (International Medical Insurance).
However, the coverage and reimbursement limits vary depending on the insurance company and the policy plan.
Although it varies by insurer and plan, the following limits are common examples.
In the case of travel insurance, acupuncture treatment may be covered
if it is provided as medical treatment based on a doctor’s diagnosis.
In many cases, it is covered within the medical treatment and rescue expense coverage
(ranging from several hundred thousand dollars to unlimited coverage).
