Medical Yoga & Medical Pilates Group Lessons
Lesson Overview

We offer special time to relieve daily fatigue and stress and balance your mind and body. Medical yoga promotes flexibility and relaxation while focusing on breathing, and aims to harmonize the mind and body. Medical Pilates aims to strengthen the core, improve posture, and relieve chronic disorders.
・Even beginners can feel at ease! We provide careful instruction and an approach that is tailored to each individual.
・Experienced people will also be very satisfied! It is a full-fledged program that will help you improve your level even further.
・It is ideal for maintaining health and overcoming lack of exercise, and can be continued without any strain.

My name is Hayashi, and I have studied and practiced yoga in India. Through yoga and pilates, I hope to help you relax both physically and mentally and find your own health. Beginners are also welcome to join us. Let’s have fun together and aim for a healthy body and mind!
