Please note that we are closed on Mondays and Fridays when making reservations.We will be open for consultations on Friday, March 6th, Monday, March 9th, and Friday, March 13th.

⚫︎How to make a reservation
If you would like to take a medical yoga or medical pilates group lesson, please select the treatment menu “Medical Yoga Pilates Lesson $15”.

For those who have undergone MRI, X-rays, blood/biochemistry tests, etc., please be sure to read (→ here).

      Weekdays (Tuesday - Thursday): 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

      Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM

      We will be closed on January 15th, 17th, and 22nd.
