For those who have undergone MRI, X-ray, blood/biochemistry tests, etc.

Please bring the image data provided by the hospital where the test was performed.
Please note that accurate analysis and diagnosis cannot be achieved with a message that “there were no problems.”

If advanced medical care is required, we work quickly and closely with affiliated hospitals or clinics to provide the most appropriate medical care.

Request to those trying to conceive

At our clinic, we value understanding each patient’s current physical condition and treatment progress in order to provide the most appropriate treatment.
For those trying to conceive, we ask that you bring the following data and test results, if possible.

Ovulation, uterine, and fallopian tube test results (ultrasound, hysterosalpingography, etc.)

Partner’s semen test results (if available)

Please bring any other fertility-related test results with you.
This information will enable a more accurate evaluation and the development of an appropriate treatment plan.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask our staff.
