Even beginners and those who are not good at exercise are welcome to participate.


My name is Hayashi, and I have studied and practiced yoga in India. Through yoga and pilates, I hope to help you relax both physically and mentally and find your own health. Beginners are also welcome to join us. Let’s have fun together and aim for a healthy body and mind!
