At PAPC, we operate by appointment only to ensure that we can focus entirely on each patient’s treatment. Therefore,
same-day or previous-day changes or cancellations may inconvenience other patients and incur staff labor costs, which is why a cancellation fee will be charged.

To change or cancel your appointment, please contact us by phone no later than the day before.
(Please note that changes or cancellations must be made by 7:30 PM the day before.)
If you are unable to pay the cancellation fee or repeatedly make last-minute changes or cancellations, we may limit your future appointments to same-day bookings only, or refuse further reservations altogether. Thank you for your understanding.
